3. Dakshina Plans and Service Charges

Uparwala may offer monthly, yearly or other Dakshina plans for access to daily guidance and related services. Plan details, pricing, validity and features may be displayed on the website and can be updated from time to time.

Consultation fees, if applicable, may be separate from Dakshina plans and may vary based on the astrologer, service type, duration or availability.

All users are advised to review the plan details carefully before making payment. By making payment, the user confirms that they understand the service type, validity, pricing and policy conditions.

4. Personal Data Collection

Users are responsible for submitting accurate information. Incorrect birth details, wrong WhatsApp number or incomplete information may affect the quality, timing or delivery of the guidance.

5. Use of Service and Delivery

Uparwala services are provided digitally through the website, WhatsApp or other online communication channels. Daily guidance is delivered after successful registration, profile setup and plan activation.

• Delivery timing may depend on system schedule, service queue, network conditions and operational factors.
• WhatsApp delivery may be affected by user phone settings, incorrect number, network issue or messaging restrictions.
• Users must keep their registered WhatsApp number active and accessible.
• Uparwala may update, pause, improve or modify service delivery methods when required.

Uparwala will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, but temporary delays or technical interruptions may occur due to server, API, messaging platform or maintenance-related issues.

6. Service Contribution and Platform Maintenance

Uparwala operates with a service-first intention. The Dakshina or contribution paid by users helps maintain the platform and support continuous delivery of daily astrology guidance.

Amounts such as ₹101 or ₹1100 are primarily used for operational and technical expenses including server hosting, domain, API usage, WhatsApp or communication tools, payment gateway charges, technical support, security, platform maintenance and post-service support.

The contribution should not be interpreted as payment for guaranteed results, assured outcomes or fixed life events. Its purpose is to support the continued availability and operation of the Uparwala platform.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Astrology predictions, guidance and remedies are based on spiritual interpretation, traditional belief systems and user-provided details. They are intended for personal awareness, faith-based support and general guidance.

Uparwala does not guarantee any specific result, event, success, financial gain, relationship outcome, career result, health improvement or life change from the use of its services.

• Remedies do not guarantee fixed results.
• Users should make decisions using personal judgment and professional advice where needed.
• Serious health, legal, financial or emergency matters should be handled by qualified professionals.

8. Refund and Cancellation

All payments made to Uparwala for Dakshina plans, subscriptions, daily guidance or consultations are generally non-refundable once the service is activated or processing begins.

Cancellations are not allowed after service activation. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with prediction, change of mind, incorrect user-provided details, missed usage or expected outcomes will not be accepted.

Exceptional technical cases may be reviewed by Uparwala management as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. The final decision of Uparwala management shall be binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

The user understands and agrees that Uparwala, its team, service providers, astrologers or representatives shall not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, disappointment, decision, action or consequence arising from the use, interpretation or reliance on predictions, remedies or guidance.

Any decisions taken by the user after receiving guidance are the user’s own responsibility. Uparwala provides spiritual and astrology-based content only and does not control user actions or life outcomes.
